Pink Smokey Eye

Sorry if it's a little hard to see. I did a simple pink smokey eye with my 88 Shimmer Pallet by Coastal Scents.

Wanna know how to do it?

Here's how.

  1. Primer your eyes first. I like using either the NYX Jumbo Pencil in Milk or the Urban Decay Primer Potion. I have yet to use the Too Faced Eye Insurance.
  2. Take your angled eyeshadow brush or eyeshadow applicator and dip it in a light pink eyeshadow. Put it all over your lid to the crease.
  3. Then, take a dark gray or black eyeshadow and blend it in your crease and outer corner of your eye. I suggest using a blender brush and using small side to side movements to blend your eye shadow.
  4. As a highlight, take your blender brush and use a white or pale pink color eyeshadow above the black. Apply the white or pale pink from the crease to under your eye brow.
  5. Lastly, just add eye liner and mascara & you're good to go(:
And, thats it! Super simple!

Last Post of the Day: E.L.F Hypershine Lipgloss

Okay, so I've been using these lipglosses for about a week now. I absolutely love them! It's not a sticky lipgloss(then again, it depends on what you consider sticky.) The colors are amazing, but I recommend the darker colors for medium-dark skin tones and the lighter colors for fair-light skin tones. It lasts long and keeps your lips shiny and moisterized. You have to clean the brush tip after a while though.

The Rainbow Eye Look

I used my 88 Color Pallet by Coastal Scents. To start off, I used both the Urban Decay Primer Potion and NYX Jumbo Pencil in Milk. As you can see, I just used a matte orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and purple on my eyes. I blended with my MAC #224 brush. I used the Great Lash mascara to finish off.

I have to be honest, I don't think this is one of my best works, but because my hair is looking great, it makes up for the lack of the eye makeup.

The Neutral Eye

I used just the NYX Jumbo Pencil in Milk as my base. I used my 88 Warm Color Pallet by Coastal Scents. I used a dark peach as the all over lid color. I used a light peach color as my highlight. Then I blended a mocha color with the MAC #224 brush. Lastly, I used the Maybelline Define-A-Line liner and Great Lash mascara.

(Sorry if this is a little hard to see. My camera died.)

Smokey Eye

For my smokey eye look, I decided to do something different, and try out my 88 Metal Mania Pallet by Coastal Scents. I used both the UD Primer Potion and the NYX Jumbo Pencil in Milk as my bases. I used both a dark and light silver color, and applied it with an angled shadow brush. I blended with the MAC #224 brush. Then, I used a creme white color as a highlight. I used Maybelline Define-A-Line liner and Great Lash mascara to finish the look.

Urban Decay "Clean & Sober" Review

Until I discovered this, I always used Noxema and Petroleum Jelly to remove my makeup. Urban Decay came out with "Clean and Sober" so I tried it out in Sephora. I fell in love! It's great for sensitive skin, and a little goes a long way. I recommend two pumps to remove eye makeup for one eye on a cleansing pad. You can also use it as a regular facial cleanser. I absolutely love this product!

Maleficient Inspired Eye

Because Maleficient, the evil witch from Sleeping Beauty, was always my favorite Disney Villain, I decided to do an inspired look accordingly to hers.

In this look, I used all Urban Decay products. I applied the UD Primer potion first to both eyes. Next, I used both the colors Money and Kush on my lids. I blended them with my MAC #224 brush. Then, I used the color Psychodelic Sister from the crease to under my eye brows. I then used the 24/7 eye pencil by UD in Ransom to line my eyes. I used Great Lash mascara to finish my look.

Batman Inspired Look

For this Batman inspired look, I used the NYX Jumbo Pencil in Milk as my primer. I also used the color, Chrome Yellow by MAC, Zero by Urban Decay, and blended with the MAC #224 brush. I drew the Batman wing with the 24/7 eye pencil by Urban Decay. I used Polyester Bride by Urban Decay as my highlight. I used Great Lash mascara to finish the look.

Philidelphia Eagles' Look

Sorry that this picture is kinda blurry and for the atrocious eyebrows.

I did this look by using the Urban Decay Primer Potion, the colors Kush & Money from the Urban Decay Book of Shadows Vol III: NYC Edition, and finishing off with the Great Lash mascara. I drew on the Eagle with a regular pencil liner and filled it in with the NYX Jumbo Pencil in Milk.
